Thatching Unlimited does not operate from permanent regional brick and mortar office structures in order to reduce cost and avoid passing through unnecessary overhead expenses to the client.
Thatching Unlimited prefers, instead to maintain physical presence at the various client locations by establishing virtual onsite office which is managed by the project manager for the duration of each project undertaken.
This approached allows Thatching Unlimited to set up low cost Temporary on site and/or virtual office on site support where the day tot day actual construction operations take place, thus ensuring direct communications support with the operations team.
